Highlights from our Meeting With COFOCE 
We recently had the privilege of welcoming COFOCE (Coordinator for the Promotion of Foreign Trade) and a group of distinguished farmers from Guanajuato to our facilities at Cabello ® Fresh. These farmers cultivate an impressive range of fruits and vegetables, including onions, berries, chilies, pitaya, tomatoes, Persian limes, jicama, peppers, broccoli, lettuce, celery, and cilantro.

The visit provided a unique opportunity for us to explore and discuss potential collaborations that could significantly benefit both local growers and the broader market. One of the key topics during the visit was the creation of a direct distribution channel with supermarkets, which could provide fresh, high-quality produce from Guanajuato straight to consumers. This initiative aligns perfectly with Cabello ® Fresh’s vision of strengthening commercial relationships while supporting local agriculture. By reducing intermediaries and ensuring that products reach supermarkets more efficiently, this approach has the potential to open new doors for Guanajuato's farmers, offering them broader market access and better economic opportunities.

We believe that this collaboration with COFOCE and the farmers of Guanajuato could have a lasting impact on the agricultural landscape, creating a stronger, more sustainable supply chain that benefits both producers and consumers.
