At Cabello ® Fresh, we are constantly seeking to push the boundaries of innovation in the produce industry, and Tatis represents a significant step toward achieving this goal. The project is focused on exploring advanced treatments to extend the shelf life of fresh-cut jackfruit (yaca) for up to 30 days. This not only involves maintaining the fruit's freshness but also preserving its nutritional value, taste, and appearance.

Despite its popularity in many parts of the world, one of the biggest challenges in bringing jackfruit to a wider market is its short shelf life once cut.
